Return policy and warranty Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our product upon arrival, you may return the unused items within 10 working days from the date of invoice for a full refund. Note this excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Just return the item(s) with your information and instructions for an exchange or refund. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to not accept returns that are in poor condition or are not accompanied by a packing slip.

Products Limited Warranty

Ultimate Sport warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of product shipment. Should your product show signs of defective workmanship or material, please email us on info@ultimatesport.co.za or call us on +27822645656 for an exchange.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of the exact same Ultimate Sport product only, and all transportation, shipping and return costs shall be at the initial expense of the customer, followed by a refund by Ultimate Sport after a diligent product inspection. The refund will be on the bases, and at the discretion of Ultimate Sport, that there is infact a manufacturing default. The replacing and refunding process can take up to two weeks (14 days).

This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence or acts of you or others, failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions stated under our user agreement on the flyer furnished with the product, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear.

Ultimate Sport WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise.
